Gen F, the Facebook Generation, is coming to work with an entirely different set of expectations to those their managers likely had a generation or more ago. Growing up online is profoundly shaping Gen F's view of normality. Arriving at your workplace full of hope and enthusiasm, Gen F's will expect the working environment to reflect the social context of the Web - will they be disappointed?
Gen F's will be more likely to go the extra mile if they're given the opportunity to contribute - they have a greater need to know and a greater need for involvement than any previous generation.
